Her MK Ultra credentials (whatever that means in 2016) are well documented with my first post on the subject going back to 2011. However last December I became interested in Miley Cyrus' stage, song and video work for about two months, till I figured out the message.

If we pay attention to her costume changes (nobody has ever done more) and the songs she sings there's a considerable amount of agenda and biography, with some touching moments of raw honesty like the song with her MK (victim) godmother Dolly Parton (just listen to the lyrics). Nashville is/was a centre for programming and I suspect that seeps out in Robert Altman's eponymous movie if we're paying attention to the plain weirdness and inconsistency of the characters in it.

The Big Short (2015) ‐ Paramount Pictures

Two people separately mentioned this movie in the last few days so I downloaded it this evening. It's very good and brings to life Collateralized Debt Obligations, Sub Prime Mortgages and Credit Default Swaps to life in way I didn't think possible 8 years after the last daylight robbery paid for by the people, who by and large haven't even figured out that the printers of money are private concerns.

There's a scene in the movie where the protagonists attend a securitization conference in Vegas and in the background there's Dolly Parton on a screen with a Monarch Butterfly fluttering around her. The story of reality is a lot deeper than just this movie which is excellent.

I lasted 6 days last week just fasting non stop and it allowed me to squeeze into some new trousers I'd already become to big for with overeating.

We're constantly bombarded by food imagery, and if living on my apartment floor, also surrounded 24/7 by some of the best chefs in Hong Kong, creating the most incredible aromas of tasty cooking wafting through the window. Last night the scent of gorgeous roast potatoes was heavy in the air. 

I realise that makes no sense at all in Causeway Bay but it is as it is. 

The only way to overcome this temptation to stuff my face is to deprogram with these excellent informative videos, and I think you'll find this one is excellent.

I'll go so far as to say that intermittent fasting is the single most interesting cult I've come across, and that it will be massive in the years to come and, forever after, for people seeking ways to overcome modern health and dietary challenges. Everything makes a lot of sense when considering what the human body was designed to do in an evolutionary setting, unlike that updated paleo information I came across recently.

Thankfully there's not a whiff of Satanism in the Hollywood pool parties, and it comes across as men exploiting young boys who want to become famous.

Water Fasting Done Right - Dr Daniel Pompa & Dr. Derrick Dempsey

I'm on Day Five of fasting. I've had a nibble of an apple or pear here and there but no meals. The only downside so far is I seem to need 3 hours of sleep at the moment, and I'm too chicken to go to bed at 3am to see if that's the case.

Not everybody has the same physiology, health and metabolism so I'm just going by how I feel. I intend to take up intermittent fasting when I break fast but I have a feeling I can go a week or two at the moment, possibly more.

There's so much great information out there on the subject, and I found in the early days that watching a video or just listening to them while I worked gave me a boost to stay the course.

The first time I saw that Max Spiers had made international headline news I thought OK that's interesting, because he seemed a little more authentic than James Casbolt who appears to have a little foreknowledge and/or part bullshitter. James eventually got put away for a disproportionate sentence of time, for the relatively pedestrian crime of blackmail. Child rapists get away with far easier sentences.

However two people who have met Max Spiers(Spears) call him out as a bullshitter too and I've added their audio above.

I suppose it's possible he was murdered just to distract, and/or bestow upon him martyr-like credentials, but it's clear from the above interviews; Max Spiers had nothing new to put on the table.

I also question his mother's somewhat unemotional grief or his flaky girlfriend who feels obliged to say she's a very very spiritual person. 

It's also possible he just overdosed on drugs but whatever we think of him nobody was calling out the race wars in the US back in 2013 like Casbolt, so there's a little bit of truth in 'some' of this circle's BS. 

Clearly this doesn't apply directly to Max Spiers and certainly not Miles Johnston who is highly unreliable.

The Power of Intermittent Fasting

Lately I've put on more weight than ever in my life. It's my fantastic cooking naturally. I have been able to tuck away ginormous saucepans of amazing home cooked food and load the plates up with rice too, and then just keep grazing all day frankly. 

I can't leave my own cooking alone.

Like everyone, I didn't want to stop eating as it's a reward mechanism. However, a friend has been raving about intermittent fasting. It's so simple that it doesn't make sense to begin with, but once you understand how simple it is, it's quite an extraordinary concept. It also costs fuck all, saves money and works quicker than anything.

I've gone the full Monty and just stopped eating so I'm going to see how long I can last without food (third day so far) and then I'll switch to the intermittent fasting, but I've seen the fastest results already. I find watching the videos keeps me focused.

I've also given up smoking again so I'm constantly looking for distractions, but it's an interesting combination giving up food and smoking at the same time.

Kerth Barker's story strikes me as a credible MK-Ultra testimonial. It's always difficult with survivors as their memories are programmed with misleading information but his narrative, works for me in the broadest sense. His books some say, lack credibility, and others recommend. He talks a fair bit about the close relationship between Satanism and MK-ultra survivors.
