Targeted Individuals Testimony - Gangstalking | Bioethics Commission

To immerse oneself in the world of targeted individuals and gang stalking is to live in what most people would think is science fiction . I'm here to share with you it's real, documented, vicious and far more nuanced and complex than any single victim can convey. 

It's happening right now too.

For example I learned recently through research and first hand testimony there's a difference between voice to skull (V2S) and synthetic telepathy. I'm reluctant to explain that right now but happy to answer any questions through private messages.

About 24-18 months ago in Thailand over a series of Skype calls I realised one of my oldest friends had become a targeted individual. At first I thought it was paranoia on her part, but eventually the tell tale signs and cold hard testimony could no longer be ignored.

I couldn't believe an obscure topic I had researched, applied to one of my oldest friends, who was now a victim, and so I suspected that possibly my activism work might be a connection? When I subsequently returned to the UK Zillah told me she came too close to criminal underworld elements through a boyfriend, and so this confirms that the technology has leaked from the intelligence agencies, to corporations to criminal elements as has been documented elsewhere. I still believe she was targeted because of me, as I later learned, I couldn't be targetted in Thailand as I was unknowingly protected by Royalty. I know it's a dubious claim but I have more evidence that I cannot share here without endangering more lives.

Very few people believe in targeted individuals as we're trained to respond that a person is insane or schizophrenic if they start to share their experiences. However I urge you to listen to the Bioethics Commission testimony above that I first mentioned many years ago and now have to revisit because as is self evident, the chairwoman Amy Gutmann did fuck all to stick her neck out for thousands of victims across the USA and now it's spreading globally if it didn't originate in the U.S.

You owe it to yourself to do the work above before making snap judgements. The program is so pernicious that when a TI gets on the list it's almost impossible to get off it. 

Otherwise the perpetrators have to admit their crimes, and the creeps at SIS and CIA (and now the private sector) don't do that.

We now have to wait for the justice-technology to catch up with the abusers technology. In the mean time I've learned a lot about techniques to lend succour to those whose lives are a living fucking hell.

Targeted Individual Scatter Frequency

A friend of mine I've known for 20 plus years has been a Targeted Individual for the last 12-18 months. In addition to the usual gang stalking she subsequently acquired Voice to Skull harassment. 

This Scatter Frequency works well for her so I'm sharing it. I'd never heard of this solution before but I"m very happy that it exists.

I don't quite trust Dr Eric T. Karlstrom's rapid-fire delivery of information. 

It lacks the sensitivity I'm used to hearing when listening to expertise in this deeply tragic area of the human experience. However he does share an awful lot of references, including books that I haven't heard encountered before, so I have my homework cut out for me before I can claim to understand his work in a credible manner. I'm also suspicious of his claims of being a Targeted Individual (T.I.) in the past and not any more. It just doesn't work like that. Once you're in the program you're in, and there's no opt-out procedure because the deep state can't admit its involved.

One of the insidious gang stalking techniques is the deep state will co-opt neighbours by telling them the targeted individual is a child abuser, wife beater or whatever it takes to get them to join in the gang stalking thinking they're doing a service to humanity.

One thing I am clearer on now is I understand the fundamental difference between voice to skull technology and synthetic telepathy which means I find the Omnisense information I was listening to a few years ago much more credible though like any TI the perpetrators disguise their identity with masks.

It's With A Heavy Heart I'm In Front of You Now

The gap between what is happening in real life and what is reported on the news is why most people who watch corporate news without scepticism are suffering a kind of mental illness that falls under the delusion-of-self-category.

Myron May was a successful attorney before he became a targeted individual. I've studied and blogged the subject enough to know that much of it is very real and very hard for even close friends of targeted individuals to get their head around.

All the sceptic has to do is listen to the Presidential Bioethics Commission that was swept under the carpet by the Zombie media.

Nobody knows the reason for this happening but a couple of days researching it is all that need be done.

Targeted Individual?

I don't mind the higher ups having a grudge with me. Sure they targeted 500 Palestinian children only in 2014 as those are my two key activist themes, but that karma is on them. It's the petit bourgeoisie, the porch-monkey masons and the entire milieu of lowlifes and below average intellects who are so easily purchased for a few pieces of silver. Fortunately many of them will have had their injections so they can see who they've partnered up with and watch how that pans out with their friends and family in the coming months and years with Vaccine Induced Syndrome (VAIDS).

When I first saw the clip above I found it disturbing. 

For a start it passes the sniff test. 

The man is physically well formed from many hard hours in the gym, he's stylishly kitted out, and appears to be heading to the gym or maybe returning home from a session.

He looks like he's in real distress, struggling to gain control of his rucksack and unlike most image-conscious gym rats he's fighting for his life on a busy road in what looks like damp or wet conditions.

No, this guy is not acting. His extended legs in the air, are in an inexplicable manner, as if under some kind of external magnetic control. The words external control should trigger the alert readers, as there are now scientific papers on the relationship between graphene, nano circuitry in covid vaccinations and 5G.

I can't say for sure but it looks to me that guy in the video is externally controlled and I only know one method (methodology obviously being a word about the study of methods and not the method itself).

Targeted Individual Solutions | CIA Whistleblower Dr. Robert Duncan FFCHS

Dr Robert Duncan is an ex Deep State guy who while he cannot reveal all he knows has rejected the use of these weapons on unsuspecting individuals. This interview is particularly good and I can tell you I have a close friend who has been targeted in the last 12 to 18 months.

She is persecuted by the most obnoxious and vicious cowards you can possibly think of with voice to skull technology. Sadly we live in a world where few will bother to study instead preferring to parrot the conventional diagnosis which is the same as those who bother to study 9/11 and every other important testimony.

Leon - Wednesday 18 May, 2022

Leon Benjamin passed away this morning, after a viciously short illness.

Leon and I were connected for many years on our socials, and even when he wrote to me about my mother's terminal brain cancer; by the time it was all over for Mum, I'd completely forgotten about Leon and his messages of support. He persisted in getting to know me despite my confiscated influence on social media due to deplatforming. 

Those are always the best people. The one's who couldn't care less about your status.

I had the privilege of getting to know Leon when I moved back to the UK. He loved my writing and wanted to get me involved in work. We'd never met in real life, so after writing an Amazon proposal for him, he was excited about some of the ideas I put forward and he wanted to meet in real life to talk about working together.

I was broke so I needed support from DWP for train tickets (Hi guys, I know you read my blog) to travel to London, and they agreed and then reneged on their promises without telling me on the three occasions I was given different criteria, to prove our meeting was professional.

Documenting it here and for over two years on my journal has been recursive. Nobody in the civil service has ever had the time to read the full extent of what I've encountered, but an ombudsman, a lawyer or a jury are obliged to read the evidence in full and will surely understand that repetition of obstruction is by normal evidentiary standards proofs of conspiracy - a very serious accusation in the civil service. 

Senior colleagues gave assurances, so I agreed, to drop all complaints and moving forwards, if I'm treated without prejudice, that's the end of the matter. 

However if further obstruction returns, the onus is your side to explain random re-upload requests of the documentation I provided thrice,  to prove it was a business opportunity meeting Leon in February this year.

Three months after that meeting, and a nameless agent apropos of nothing, and demonstrably provable irrelevancy, reposts my original five files with no feedback? I didn't raise this matter with your superiors recently, because it's trivial compared to the provable obstruction. That doesn't mean it isn't documented.

Leon always talked about meeting, but he was a very busy guy so to secure the deal, I had to be a bit pushy with him. I finally got an appointment and while I was waiting at The Granary bar (St Pancras, my old stamping ground), he messaged his train was delayed and I flippantly replied 'that's OK, I'm drinking champagne on your tab 😎. '

When he arrived, He asked where's the champagne, and when I explained I was only joking, he said let's have some champagne and I ordered a bottle of Veuve Cliquot, which he only touched one glass of, as he was technically an abstainer.

It was a lovely afternoon (just a perfect day) and Leon was glowing with health, humour and vitality. When we departed, Leon was convinced he'd find another project to work on together as the proposal I'd written had fallen through due to standard corporate changes of strategic direction. All that documentation is on my UC journal and as mentioned, was for no reason re-uploaded a few days ago.

Leon and I were more than just similar. We both knew why we're here and the price we must pay. He was mixed international and we shared Maltese genetics. Most of our conversations were metaphysical so that's why we needed to meet face to face in order to cement any possibility of working together.

Leon knew I was unemployable as a targeted individual, but he didn't flinch at that, and I pray this sudden illness and even quicker demise is not connected to me (it wouldn't be the first time).

There are only a handful of people in the corporate world who can execute consultant project management at a C-Suite level and still inform everyone they know and care about, what is really going on, when the entire corporate-narrative-world is lying about vaccine efficacy/mortality/toxicity, masks and lockdowns.

Leon was man. A real one. 

He told me to my face he couldn't give a fuck about upsetting anyone in the world as the only people he cared for were his family.

You are not gone for me Leon. Your uniqueness left an indelible change on my heart, as it did with many who met you.

In these days it's almost impossible to be a great family man, a truther and high level corporate consultant.

You showed the world how to juggle all three masterfully.

Neil Kramer - Goodbye To The Zero Years

Neil Kramer reiterates here the historical sequestering of conciousness by empire over peaceful groups for millennia. For example the Roman devastation of the British Druids, the Vatican's killing and persecution of so called witches. Then there's the slaying of the Gnostics and the Mesoamerican cultures of South America to the present day painting of reality through Hollywood and corporate media via Capitol building modelled on the Holy See. These justify obscene wars abroad while protecting the lifestyle of a comparatively small and wealthy population at home that by removing the peoples of conciousness while expanding materialist needs, crowbars a disconnect between humans to each other.


When Mao Zedong took Peking, the first people he drove out were the fortune tellers and mystics. But not before he had his hand force-read, over which a terrified sage correctly predicted the age at which he would die. 


The elites know how to sequester conciousness. Over and again irrespective of ideology or geography they have attacked the same groups of spiritual and non materialist people. That should be every reason for considering what it is that elites have had to fear from these groups, and is it connected to their hold over us?

Their behavior towards the Dead Sea Scrolls is only one recent example. The Vatican's fear of what the discovery of the Dead Seas Scrolls represented was clearly well founded. One of the great secrets of our modern world revolves around the Vatican's great wealth, the Vatican Bank, and why world leaders maintain such close ties to this obscenely rich and opulent ancient city-state. Solving that mystery and exposure of this most explosive of long-hidden secrets has been an important component of the ancient sting operation. In short, Rome has had control of the source of money in its empire since the time of Imperial Rome, and they never lost it. In other words, Rome has been hiding a secret central bank for centuries. 


Over the last century, they and cohorts extended the banking system secretly controlled by the remnants of ancient Rome to the entire planet. All central banks like the Federal Reserve System, European Central Bank, and the Bank of England are tied into a secret bank hidden by proxies like the Rothschild Family. Thereby, the secret central bank of Planet Earth is hidden by the Vatican and its primary cohorts. This is precisely how it was done in ancient Rome and throughout the past two millennia. Now that same secret and illicit merger between central banks and top religious institutions is finally exposed for the world to see.


The other important component of the ancient sting operation has been to solve the ancient symbolic mysteries and prove that these religions are purposeful deceptions. In this way, it can be shown that the Vatican and world leaders have been struggling to hide the fact that these religions and the global financial system are secretly controlled from Rome through a series of proxies. Both religion and money are great deceptions used to deceive and manipulate the entire planet. World leaders are knowingly involved in this deception and that is why they show such deference to the Vatican. Exposure of this great secret is also behind recent moves by the US Congress and President Obama to pass the SOPA and NDAA legislation. World leaders and those that pull their strings from the shadows are now between a rock and hard place and have been acting strangely and foolishly as the result.


Now reconsider the correct phrasing of the story about turning over the money changers tables. It should have said; turning the tables on the money-changers in the temple. Now the tables have been turned and religious, monetary, and political leaders are desperately scrambling in numerous ways to avoid facing truth, justice, and the ire of the entire planet

Miles Electric: A Different Kind of Blue [Miles Davis Documentary]

I didn't really get Miles Davis till watching this documentary on his switch to the use of electronic instruments but now I understand him more fully as an uncompromising artist. I'm looking forward to digging around Youtube.

Couple of great quotes from this. One describes Miles style as a boxing methaphor, 'it's all about the final note, jab, jab, jab and then the final note'. The other was the origin of Jazz. Madams in Brothels would tell the piano player to Jazz it up if a customer was taking too long with a hooker upstairs. I think that's brilliant that and far less intrusive than sending one of the girls.

Miles Electric: A Different Kind of Blue
British Isle of Wight Festival
August 29, 1970

By the time Miles Davis hit the stage at the British Isle of Wight Festival on August 29, '70, he was fomenting yet another stylistic leap forward, this time with a concept that revolved around extremely loose sketches that were mere starting points for collective improvisation in an aggressively electric context. Unfortunately, he had also alienated much of his core constituency, fans who were more accustomed to the acoustic Miles of the second quintet with Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter and Tony Williams, the Miles of Kind of Blue and Miles the interpreter of the Great American Songbook. If Bitches Brew was a calling card to a more dense, rock and funk-inflected Miles, the group that followed - saxophonist Gary Bartz, electric bassist Dave Holland, drummer Jack DeJohnette, percussionist Airto Moreira, electric pianist Chick Corea and organist Keith Jarrett - pushed the limits even further, with a thick and, at times, nearly unfathomable chaos that clearly challenged anyone who thought that Miles had "sold out."

Miles' evolving electric approach may have targeted the younger audience that he ultimately acquired, and the music may have relied more on danceable or hypnotic rhythms, but there was no sense of compromise in his music, as the concert footage from the Isle of Wight Festival on the new DVD, Miles Electric: A Different Kind of Blue clearly attests. This music is as free as anything Miles ever did. Sure, Holland, DeJohnette and Moreira would loosely maintain a semblance of rhythm, but Corea and Jarrett were layering ever-shifting dissonant harmonies for Miles and Bartz to expound upon, making this music challenging, and hardly a concession to anything.

The ever-irascible Stanley Crouch, in one of the many interviews that comprise the documentary surrounding performance footage on the DVD, asserts "That's bullshit, see that was all just part of the Miles Davis myth. Miles Davis was trying to make some money. Miles Davis was so great that to see him grovel before these commercial arenas by the end of his life was really very difficult. So people had to say 'no, no, no, he didn't sell out, he's moving ahead.'" It may be true that Miles was, on one level, motivated by more worldly concerns, but on the evidence of his performance at Isle of Wight it becomes clear that the music he would make from Bitches Brew through to the mid-'70s when he went into temporary retirement was more strongly compelled by a lifetime characteristic of never looking back, always looking forward.

By this time Miles was clearly influenced by artists including Jimi Hendrix and James Brown, but while his trumpet playing would ultimately emulate some of Hendrix's style, including his sharp, staccato attack and wah wah effect, he was still speaking the harmonic language that had been evolving since the second quintet of the mid-'60s. And as the rhythms became more jungle-like, the grooves more hypnotic, the harmonic backdrop more convoluted and outré, Miles would maintain and develop this harmonic conception.

All this points to Miles' 38-minute performance at Isle of Wight in '70, which is the centrepiece of the DVD, and exhumed footage that fans of Miles' electric period will find essential and naysayers may find illuminating. The interviews that surround the performance shed light on Miles the man, the musician, the innovator. Keith Jarrett, who self-admittedly hated the instrument he was playing, nevertheless asserts in one of his somewhat uncharacteristically congenial interview segments, that the Isle of Wight performance was truly a history lesson of jazz, that it had it all. And if one looks at the individual contributions of the players, it becomes clear that Jarrett's comment is spot on.

And while some of Miles' band members talk about how they were thrown into a "sink or swim" scenario with the use of electric instruments — Hancock and Corea in particular - they all, with the exception of Jarrett, not only found new possibilities with these instruments, but would ultimately go on to make them an integral part of what they would do with their own projects. Hancock demonstrates the richness and mystery of the Fender Rhodes electric piano, while Corea illustrates the odd dissonances that become possible when feeding it through a ring modulator.
