I was tipped off about this over at Interconnected. 

To say it's off-the-charts in terms of pretty much every dimension worth mentioning doesn't do it justice. 

It's the best TV production I can think of right now.

Most entertainment appalls me, but when it's good, it's like a long cool draught of ale on a hot thirsty summers day.

What is it that elevates the sublime to an exalted position? 

I guess a combination of things because there's lots to proselytize about this. I'm reminded of the TV series I Claudius, which although much more primitive in terms of production is still infused with something magical that takes it beyond the ordinary.

History Of English Language - 1: Birth of a Language

A younger Melvyn Bragg gesticulating in a manner that is now inevitably dated for informative television content. The information however is excellent and it's an entire series available on Youtube.

Well worth studying in light of the constantly changing landscape for cultures, peoples and the languages they use. It appears that English is more flexible than many others in embracing languages while retaining its core distinguishing features.

BBC2 - Elizabeth 1's Secret Agents

William Cecil, 1st Baron Burghley (a commoner who rose through the ranks, went to Cambridge and spoke five languages) feels like Elizabeth 1's handler in this brilliant BBC2 documentary series. 

I'm watching it as I wish to see how the TV academics are going to handle the John Dee (original 007) subject as the issue of magic has to be processed in a reasonably informed manner.

It reminds me of that Director of MI6 FT interview a few years back where it's pointed out that Oliver Cromwell's spymaster portrait hangs over Sir John Sawyer's desk. 

The handler always playing off the power dialectic, which for Cromwell and Elizabeth was Protestant versus Catholic. 

These days SIS use the Mickey Mouse ISIS threat to steer the state a course of stability through existing power factions. Usually to keep the Corporation city of London minted.

MIchael Hoffman - The Occult Philosophy

MIchael Hoffman is invariably fearless and scholarly which is a rare combination in academic circles where cowardice is the modus operandi. He was recently interviewed on Truth Jihad Radio to review his latest book The Occult Renaissance Church of Rome.

This presentation above is from 1987 and is a seminal speech on how things really work as best we know. You might find it useful to take notes.

Lord Mountbatten - Thames Television - Today Programme

In this interview, Mountbatten says he has no idea of television and how it works, yet in Brian Hoey's Mountbatten book he advises the author to be filmed a few inches above his head so the lines on the aging face are not visible. He said he learned this from his Hollywood friends. He and his new wife Edwina also honeymooned in Hollywood.

Mountbatten was best friends with Douglas Fairbanks Jr and so while it's clear he's arrogant and haughty in this follow up interview, it's also clear his obsession with staging events down to the smallest detail proves he knew exactly what he would be getting into when he made a 12 part Television series puff-piece about his life.

This Videocast of David Icke is a tour de force. There are some small factual errors as I've researched the subject of the Bankster sponsored Nazi Party better than he, but it's a calm, lucid and revealing presentation on the cruel hoax of Zionism.

Holocaust Huffing Hollywood

Michael Hoffman is a superb intellect and academic. He doesn't suffer fools gladly. 

I know because he chastised me abruptly from time to time if I got something wrong on Twitter for questioning the Hollywood version of events.

The Historian David Irving was one of the most respected in his field once. His books sold internationally. Christopher Hitchen's applauded them and Irving's early investment in working in the steel factories of Germany, after the war, where he learned to speak German, paid off as he could interview living witnesses such as Hitler's last secretary and read the original archives, unlike the well paid Historians of today who peddle the fictitious inflation of 6M and the obscene lies about gas chambers.

A movie to smear David Irving's name is out. It will be quoted by those who lack the backbone to investigate the subject themselves.

The Untold Story of Hitler's Jewish Soldiers and Racial Laws (2003)

It doesn't get more mainstream than C-SPAN broadcasting the untold story of Jewish Soldiers in the Wehrmacht. Basically the tale concocted after the war to sell the war (ie. 60M dead people died to rescue 6M Jews) is complete BS because the winners write history.

St Elizabeth of Hungary

He was an English painter of French birth (mother) and Spanish (father) ancestry who initially worked in the Pre-Raphaelite style before moving towards historical genre. He was Keeper of the Royal Academy in London.

Calderon was born in Poitiers, France. His father was a professor of Spanish literature and a former Roman Catholic priest who had converted to Anglicanism. Calderon planned to study engineering, but he became so interested in drawing technical figures and diagrams that he changed his mind and devoted his time to art. In 1850, he trained at Leigh's art school, London, then went to Paris to study under Picot in 1851. His first successful painting was called 'By the Waters of Babylon' (1853), which was followed by a much more popular one called 'Broken Vows' (1857). From the beginning he was inspired by the Pre-Raphaelites, and some of his work showed the detail, deep colours, and realistic forms that characterize the style.

Calderon became a leading member of the St John's Wood Clique, a group of artists interested in modern genre and historical subjects. Historical, biblical, and literary themes were common in Calderon's later work. Many of his pieces show female forms wearing rich, silky clothing in gently-coloured landscapes. His Morning (1884) features a copper-haired maiden watching a sunrise. His 'Juliet' (1896) shows Shakespeare's young heroine seated on her balcony gazing at the stars. His later paintings adopt more classical style, comparable to Edward Poynter.

Calderon served in The Artists Rifles in the 1860s.
